REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the amount shows back on your credit card statement or bank account. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees.

In case of cancellation of any arrival/room or function/party, advance held would be charged as retention.

We reserve the right to release non-guaranteed reservations at any time.

Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 15 Days prior to the date of arrival. The advance amount might be held by the hotel under certain conditions.

Reservations cancelled within 15 Days of the arrival date will charge full 100% of total booking amount.

100% amount charged in case of no show.

Any utilized services will not be encased or adjusted in any manner.
